Gantry crane operator wanted in Burlington County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Burlington County, New Jersey. Requirements: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Able to read load charts and lifting plans The role involves read and interpret the load chart before every lift; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger.
