Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Lewis County, Missouri. You will be based at a reinforced concrete building site. The role involves: • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking Requirements: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules 4+ years on the tools preferred.
