Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Hoonah-Angoon Census Area, Alaska. You will work at a glazing and fabrication factory. Your main tasks: • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame Requirements: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads Full-time, day shift.
