Concrete finisher — Lincoln County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Lincoln County, Arkansas. The job is on a road and bridge project. Ideal candidate: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers The role involves float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
