Deboner wanted in Crawford County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Crawford County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will season and marinate meat on request; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 3+ years on the tools preferred.
