We are recruiting: site carpenter (Michigan)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site carpenter in Sanilac County, Michigan. You will work at a shopfitting company. Day-to-day duties: • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain Ideal candidate: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
