Great opportunity: we are hiring a production operative in City of Charlottesville, Virginia. The job is in an electronics assembly plant. The role involves: • Feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow • Move work-in-progress between stations on a hand trolley • Weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch • Load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt • Read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Assemble components according to the work order Ideal candidate: • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly • Minimum matric / 10th pass preferred • Aware of basic safety rules and PPE use Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
