Join our team: gas meter installer (Alabama)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Escambia County, Alabama. You will be based on commercial and industrial sites. You will check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Driving licence for travel between sites • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
