Groundsman • Igbo-Etiti, Enugu State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundsman in Igbo-Etiti, Enugu State. You will work on the grounds of a hotel resort. Day to day you will prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines. What we are looking for: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting Full-time with occasional weekends. ₦10,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
