Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Naugatuck Valley Planning Region, Connecticut. You will be based at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Your main tasks: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) Full-time, day shift.
