On a typical shift you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts.
