Requirements: • Basic smartphone and billing-app knowledge • Ready to travel across the assigned territory • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills The role involves: • Greet walk-in customers and find out what they need • Follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp • Meet daily and monthly sales targets • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints • Upsell and cross-sell add-on products • Collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
