Concrete finisher — Guilford County

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Guilford County, North Carolina. You will be based on a high-rise slab pour. Requirements: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE Day-to-day duties: • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
