Steel fixing chargehand wanted in King County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in King County, Washington. You will work on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. The role involves: • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements Overtime paid at a premium rate.
