Immediate opening: we are hiring a dogger in Metropolitan Borough of Wirral, England. You will work at a power plant. Day to day you will establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; read lift plans and method statements before starting; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer £2,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
