Requirements: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Day-to-day duties: • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness Full-time, day shift.
