Join our team: we are hiring a dishwasher in McLennan County, Texas. You will work in a catering unit. On a typical shift you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
