Vacancy available: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Bath and North East Somerset, England. What we are looking for: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding You will spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser.
