Vacancy available: tandoor cook (Colorado)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Ouray County, Colorado. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
