Pastry baker wanted in Pawnee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Pawnee County, Kansas. The job is at a cake shop. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
