We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Casey County, Kentucky. The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
