Fusing press operator wanted in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council

Now hiring: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, England. The job is in a busy laundry. Your main tasks: • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Give each garment a final press before packing • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Performance bonus on top of base pay.
