Immediate opening: uPVC window fitter (West Virginia)

Join our team: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Putnam County, West Virginia. You will work at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Day to day you will fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. You should have: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Part-time with flexible hours.
