Vacancy available: we are hiring a floor care technician in Lower Connecticut River Valley Planning Region, Connecticut. You will be based in a hotel housekeeping department. You should have: • DBS or police check for site-based work • Reliable timekeeping for early-morning or late shifts Day to day you will spot-clean carpets and lift stains; dust and wipe down desks, window sills and skirting boards; make up beds and change bed linen and towels; mop up spills and put out wet-floor warning signs; segregate general waste and recycling into the correct bins; sanitise high-touch points like door handles and light switches. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $17 per hour, based on your experience.
