Vacancy available: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Delta County, Michigan. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. Your main tasks: • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame You should have: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits 3+ years on the tools preferred.
