Now hiring: toolroom milling operator (Minnesota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota. The job is at a fabrication and machining plant. Your main tasks: • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Able to grind and set HSS cutters At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
