Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in McIntosh County, North Dakota. You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Six days a week, one day off.
