UPVC welding machine operator • Adams County, Illinois

We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Adams County, Illinois. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. The role involves: • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails Requirements: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors Full-time, day shift.
