Now hiring: electrostatic spray painter (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Orange County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
