What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
