Great opportunity: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Perry County, Arkansas. You will work at a garment factory. Requirements: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory The role involves: • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
