You will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
