You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
