Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages The role involves greet guests, seat them and present the menu; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $200 per day plus benefits.
