Steel fixing chargehand wanted in Washington County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Washington County, Idaho. The job is at a precast concrete yard. The role involves: • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors What we are looking for: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
