Thermal insulation technician • Maricopa County, Arizona

We are recruiting: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Maricopa County, Arizona. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. You will install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits.
