Urgent requirement: we are hiring a car refinisher in Fillmore County, Nebraska. You will be based at an accident repair centre. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods On the job you will handle: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
