UPVC door and window fabricator — Black Hawk County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Black Hawk County, Iowa. You will work at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. On the job you will handle: • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees What we are looking for: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
