Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Sarpy County, Nebraska. You will be based at a reinforced concrete building site. What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules The role involves de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
