Join our team: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Big Horn County, Montana. The job is at a container port. On a typical shift you will establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; read lift plans and method statements before starting; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; guide loads through tight openings into their final position. Ideal candidate: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
