Concrete worker • Scotland County, Missouri

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete worker in Scotland County, Missouri. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours On a typical shift you will mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
