You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures.
