Join our team: pot washer (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Garrard County, Kentucky. You will be based in a hospital canteen. The role involves polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
