Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Grant County, South Dakota. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch 3+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
