Immediate opening: metal roofing fitter (Illinois)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a metal roofing fitter in Christian County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy roofing firm. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Day-to-day duties: • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs Part-time with flexible hours.
