You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports On a typical shift you will feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place.
