Mining dozer operator • Fulton County, New York

Great opportunity: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Fulton County, New York. You will work at a busy earthworks site. Day-to-day duties: • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits.
