Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Erie County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
