Reinforcement steel fixer — Nwangele

Join our team: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Nwangele, Imo State. You will be based on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Ideal candidate: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites On the job you will handle: • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers 4+ years on the tools preferred.
