Immediate opening: we are hiring an industrial painter in Kent County, Delaware. You will work at a property maintenance company. What we are looking for: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec You will strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
